Precious Washington is a seasoned audit and compliance professional with over a decade of experience in information systems, cybersecurity, and assurance.
She has led and supported audits across ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC, and emerging AI governance standards, serving organizations at various stages of maturity. Precious has held senior associate and audit roles at accredited firms, where she managed engagements end-to-end, reviewed evidence, guided clients through complex audit cycles, and ensured alignment with international standards.
As the Founder and Lead Auditor of YISE LLC, Precious brings a calm, structured, and ethical approach to governance, risk, and compliance. She is known for translating complex requirements into clear, actionable insight while maintaining strict independence and audit integrity.
Precious holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems & Technology and multiple professional certifications, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Provisional Auditor, ISO 42001 Lead Auditor, ITIL and CISA. Her work is grounded in professionalism, consistency, and a commitment to helping organizations stay audit-ready without disruption. Ultimately, Precious is not just a technical person who can implement software, or an auditor who can check all the boxes; but she is a translator who can translate complex compliance requirements into practical workflows, audit findings into actionable remediation plans, and client anxiety into confidence.
